He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmen Agosta and Anna Agosta (Elwell); his sister Rose Andrews of Albany; his nieces and nephews, Anne Marie Murdico (Joseph) of Amsterdam, Elizabeth Traskos (Mike) of Perth, Gabrielle Marotta (Anthony) of Amsterdam, Carmen J. Agosta (Kimberly) of Rotterdam and Frank Agosta (Shirley) of Schenectady; his siblings, Mary Anne Agosta and Carmen Agosta, Jr.; and his nephew John Chirico.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Montgomery County SPCA.
