It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giovanni V. Sasso of Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriele Sasso and Cristina Sasso; his brother Vincent Sasso; his niece Luisa A. DeMartinis; and his brother-in-law Tullio DeMartinis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Filomena DeMartinis of Amsterdam, Salvatore "Sal" Sasso (Anne) of Amsterdam, Giuseppe "Joe" Sasso (Emilia) of Alife and Caserta; and his sister-in-law Maria Sasso of Amsterdam. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and cousins.
