She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Slaveikis and Genevieve Sargalis Slaveikis; her spouse Aloysius Kozlowski; her children, Donna Shelmandine of Johnstown, NY and Kevin Kozlowski (Rhonda Oare); her sister Judy Clark (Dan) of Clifton Park, NY.; her grandchildren, Joshua Rector, Jason Rector, Danielle Rector and Daniel Kozlowski; her great grandchild Ella Rae; and her daughter Debra Kozlowski Rector (Debbie). She was also cherished by Nieces, nephews, and cousins.
