He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bubniak and Victoria Pijanowski Bubniak; and his siblings, Genevieve Bielecki, Chester, Frank, John, Alfred, Alexander, Richard, Stephen, Raymond and Leon Bubniak.
He is survived by: his spouse Mary J. Draus Bubniak; his children, Theresa Lyczko (Jonathan Laskowitz), Ithaca, Ted Bubniak (Linda) and Daniel Bubniak (Patty); his grandchildren, Clare Bubniak (Robbert Olson), Adam Bubniak, Jeffra Hull (Gordon) and Rebecca Lyczko; his great grandchildren, Matilda and Penelope Hull; and his niece Loretta Moore (Paul). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Amsterdam, Make-A-Wish Foundation or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
