He is survived by: his spouse Reyes Ortiz; his daughter Ann Santiago (Edwin) of Amsterdam; his siblings, Julia Tirado of Puerto Rico and Constancio Tirado (Maria) of Amsterdam; and his grandchildren, Kyla Santiago of Amsterdam, Lamar Santiago of Amsterdam and Cesar Santiago of Amsterdam.
