She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Caldwell and Eleanor M. Williams Caldwell; her husband Anthony J. Cafarella; her daughter Pamela Marie Cafarella; and her siblings, Ralph T. Caldwell, Rose Mary Edwards and Helen Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Smitka (Todd) of Mayfield, NY and Brian A. Cafarella (Johanna) of Rockport, MA; her brothers, Robert J. "Tex" Caldwell of Amsterdam and Michael J. Caldwell of Oswego, NY; and her grandchildren, John and Elizabeth Totzck.
