He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas A. Spagnola. He is survived by: his mother Lynda A. Pileckas; his significant other Erin Schotts; his daughter Kailey; his stepfather Allen Pileckas; and his siblings, Thomas Spagnola (Jessica Mancuso) of Amsterdam, Jamie Hillhouse, Sherri McLoughlin (Drew), Allison Pileckas, Brandon Pileckas and Paul Pileckas (Laura). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a donation fund on behalf of his daughter. Donations can be made at any NBT bank for Kailey Lynn Spagnola.
