He was predeceased by : his parents, John Bishop and Helen Bishop. He is survived by : his daughter Krishna Bishop of Port Orange, Florida; his brothers, Gary Bishop (Leslie Shannon) of Lake Placid and John Bishop (Jeanne) of Hagaman; and his close friends, Thomas and Lisa Gravely. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA or to the American Heart Association.
