He was predeceased by: his parents, Voorhees LeRoy and Clara Filbeck LeRoy. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Wert; his children, Marvin R. LeRoy, Jr. (Cynthia) of Clifton Park, NY, Bonnie Emery (Richard) of Amsterdam, NY and Donna Stead (Jon) of Broadalbin, NY; his grandchildren, Nicole Zyzes (Keelan), Christina Lais (Kristopher), Samantha Stead, Courtney Stead, William LeRoy and Michael LeRoy; his great grandchildren, Makenah, Mason and Harper; and his sister Eloise Hart of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
