It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Brodie (Amsterdam, New York), who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Cady and Veronica Maloney Cady; her daughter Amy; and her siblings, William J., John R. Cady, Willetta C. Martuscello and Catherine C. Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Ann McGovern of Saratoga Springs, NY, Mary Beth Palmateer (Ryan) of Greenfield Center, NY, Rick Brodie (Nancy) of Steamboat Springs, CO, Mark Brodie (Edith) of Schenectady, NY, John Brodie (Cereda) of Amsterdam, NY and Patrick Brodie (Margaret) of Amsterdam; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Benjamin, Anthony, Elizabeth, Alexander, Brandon, Olivia, Emily, Mary, John, Sadie, Stella, Amy, Katie and Riley. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Mary's name may be made to St. Mary's Church.
