It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary J. Hotaling of Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ehmer and Alta Ehmer; her husband John Hotaling; her sister Betty Faulds; and her nephew Alan Faulds.
She is survived by: her son John "Jack" Hotaling Jr. (Pam); her grandsons, Christopher Hotaling (Maggie) of Amsterdam, Timothy Hotaling (Lisa) of Middlebury, CT and Patrick Hotaling (Nicol) of Lakewood Ranch, FL; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Ryan, Gillian, Sam, Marcy, Sydney, Peter and Athena. She is also survived by two nephews and several cousins.
