She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jaskulski and Ida Jaskulski (Anuskevicius); her husbands, William P. Kosinski and Donald Kaupelis; and her siblings, Joseph Jaskulski, Irene Jaskulski and Richard Jaskulski.
She is survived by: her sons, William (Jennifer) of Brunswick and Daniel Kosinski (Perla) of Jacksonville; her sister Dorothy Welch of Richland, Washington.; her grandchildren, Shane Kosinski (Kathleen), Shawna Kosinski Dixon (Ryan), Matthew Kosinski, Allan Ramos, Ann Marie Oliphant and Angela Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Ava, Jahsiah, Mason, Alex, Xavier and Zaria.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no service at this time.
