He was predeceased by: his mother Sara DelCostello Siligato. He is survived by: his father Carl Siligato of Amsterdam; his wife Michelle Kunavich-Siligato; his sister Karla Pangburn (David) of Amsterdam; and his nephews, Drew and Kaden.
