It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pedro Hernandez (Amsterdam, New York), who passed away on June 20, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Hernandez and Mariana Rivera; and his brother Rafael Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Istar; his children, Mayra Ivelisse, Pedro Manuel (Natalia), Carlos Javier and Aida Rosa (Wilmer); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Ivette, Marianne, Edwin David, Crystal Eileen, Victor Manuel, Gabrielle, Edwin Daniel, Mark Anthony, Christian Manuel, Luis Miguel and Grace Istar. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, who saw him as a grandfather.
