It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Penman (Amsterdam, New York), who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Palilunas and Mary Palilunas; her husband Leland G. "Lee" Penman; her children, David Penman and Ann Seeley; and her granddaughter Kristen Seeley.

She is survived by: her son Gary Penman (Victoria) of Pattersonville; her grandchildren, Joseph, Kimberly, Robert and Janis; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey and Hailey. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
