He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Albert and Mary Josephine Piech Cichy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ford Cichy; his children, Michael R. Cichy of Amsterdam, NY and Karen R. Opalka (Brian) of Amsterdam; his brother Thomas F. Cichy (Sue Ann) of Mayfield; and his grandchildren, Alec, Matthew, Kaylin, Braydon Opalka and Michael Cichy. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and cousins.
