He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Bonanno and Catherine Timpani Bonanno; and his wife Dawn Kilinski LaPorte-Bonanno. He is survived by: his children, Holly Gatto (Frank) of Amsterdam and Tricia Bonanno-Rinn (Robert) of Sterling; his stepdaughter April Austin (Butch) of Johnstown, NY.; his grandchildren, Storm Bonanno, Anja and Daniel Gatto; his siblings, Dave Bonanno (Kathy) of Amsterdam, Gary Bonanno (Deb Zepperi) of Amsterdam and Dawn Bonanno of Amsterdam; and his nephews, Brian, Thomas and Matthew Bonanno.
