He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Neil and Doris Cooke O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Donna Balestra O'Neil; his son Michael; his mother-in-law Pat Balestra; his pets, Rosie and Bella; and his close friend Mike Schettine.
