Rose Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2020, at the age of 85, Rose Smith (Amsterdam, New York), born in Pattersonville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank T. Rose and Mary Gentile Montanaro Sr. Rose; and her siblings, Angelina Scarofile, Joseph, Rufus, Frank Jr. and John Montanaro.
She is survived by: her children, Meats, George A. Smith Jr. (Christy) of Amsterdam and Sharon Olbrych (Fred) of Mayfield, NY; her grandchildren, George A. Smith III (Ashley), Rachel Talbott (Alan), Pamela Lanford (Lance), Natalie Maybury (Zack) and Andrew Olbrych; her great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Avery Smith and Dylan Lanford; and her brother Sam Montanaro (Loretta). She is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces nephews and cousins.
Memorial gifts in Rose's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
