She was predeceased by: her father David D'Addio; her aunt Sandra D'Addio; and her grandparents, Anthony, Nancy DiCaprio D'Addio, Barbara and Joseph Orapello.

She is survived by: her mother Sheila Orapello Collins; her stepfather Paul Collins of Virginia; her sister Michelle D'Addio; and her nieces, Amya of Virginia and Mariyah D'Addio-Brown of Virginia. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
