He was predeceased by: his mother Fonda Lea Ann Swank. He is survived by: his father Ward; his sons, Brian Swank and Michael Swank of Amsterdam; his brothers, Brian Reese (Tracy) of St. Johnsville and Joseph Hardy of Little Falls; his aunts, Judy Swartz of St. Johnsville and Shelley Ward of St. Johnsville; his siblings' children, Amanda Fisher of Amsterdam, Samantha Reese of St. Johnsville, Jason Fisher of Amsterdam and Zachary Reese of St. Johnsville; his great-nephew Connor Varin of Amsterdam; his mother-in-law Lois Birch; and also William Green.
