She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Slezak; and her brothers, Ronald Wyszomirski (Loretta) and John Wyszomirski. She is survived by: her daughter Joanne; her grandson Tyler; and her sisters-in-law, Dr. Jane Slezak, Barbara Swartwout and Lorraine Wyszomirski. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
