He was predeceased by: his parents, John Malkowicz and Lillian Holub Malkowicz; and his siblings, John Miller and Louise Kubas. He is survived by: his wife Sophie Valikonis Malkowicz; his sons, Warren Malkowicz (Roseanne) of Auburn, WA and Paul Malkowicz (Terry) of Ft Myers, FL; his grandsons, Andrew, Matthew, Adam and Craig; and his great grandchild Alice Maureen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
