He is survived by: his wife Lelia Wilczak (Nethaway); his sons, Christopher Wilczak (Jennifer) of Cheshire, MA, William A. Wilczak (Lisa) of Amsterdam, NY and Eric Wilczak (Becky) of Winsted, CT; his sister Carrie Jane Kwiatkowski of Beverly, MA.; and his grandchildren, William T. (Daniel Barlow), Casey, Ryan and Kris Wilczak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and brothers and sisters in law.
