With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra D. Powers (Andover, New York), who passed away on July 11, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert R. Gruber and Carolyne J. Mitchell Gruber; and her siblings, Ronald R. Gruber and Lorraine J. Gates. She is survived by : her children, Andrea Williams of Mahaffey, PA and Howard Machinski (Angela Paxton) of Andover; her granddaughter Allison Williams of El Paso, TX; her great grandchild Mark Williams; and her brother Robert J. Gruber (Bonnie Burdick) of Andover. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
