It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Diane K Polesko (Andover, New York), born in Middletown, New York, who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Doris Jean Valentia (Thurston) and Joseph Valentia; her husband John Polesko Sr.; and her siblings, James Valentia and Karen Coleman.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Lynn Hernandez (Leo), Donnie Helms (Suzanne), James Coddington, Mark Coddington and John Polesko, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ambur Graham, Miranda Coddington, Corey Helms and Cheyanne Polesko of South Carolina; and her siblings, Thomas Valentia (MaryAnn) of Middletown, NY, Susan Tonic (David) of Middletown, NY, Janice Renella of Sarasota, Florida, Leo Valentia of Daytona Beach, Florida and Kevin Valentia of New Haven, Michigan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
