She was predeceased by : her sister Becky Mong; and her nieces, Jaimie VanSkiver and Venesa Wade. She is survived by : her daughter Dorothy Barnes of Limestone; her granddaughters, Stephannie and Kayla Smith; and her siblings, Cheryl Drake (Lloyd) of Jasper, Sharon Brewer (James Koegel) of Canisteo, Carrie Wade (Carroll) of Jasper and David VanSkiver (Vicki) of Andover. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
