He is survived by : his wife Sally Gilbert Lynch; his sons, Chris Lynch of Avon and Brian Lynch (Sue) of Verman, CT; his stepchildren, Kim Gilbert (LaVonne) of Elmira, Karen Reed of Corning and Kevin Gilbert (Linda) of Florida; his grandchildren, Justin Lynch (Danielle) of Washington State, Amber Lynch of Corning, Megan Hojnoski (Hojo) of Elmira, Tabatha Reed of Corning, Felicia Thomas (Luke) of Greece, Mark Gilbert of Florida, Mike Gilbert of Florida, T. J. Miller (Missy) of Ohio and Jessica Miller of North Carolina; and his brother Dick Lynch of Florida.

Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Wellsville, Memorials contributions may be made to the Bampa House in Corning NY.
