She was predeceased by : her parents, Ora Gath and Charles Gath; her former life partners, John Croyle and Clyde Yorton; her brothers, Lawrence Gath, George Gath, Walter Gath, Howard Gath, Kenneth Gath and Charles Gath; and her granddaughter Janet VanVooren Berard.

She is survived by : her daughter Laura VanVooren (Croyle); her grandsons, Steven VanVooren (Lanny) and Arthur Berard (Janet); her great grandchildren, Kayla Mandeville (David), Derek Berard (Sarah), Jesse Bertolof and Amber Bertolof Seal (Pat); and her great great grandchild Tyler James Berard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
