With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vincent H. Burrows (Andover, New York), born in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 4, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Vincent Eugene and Teresa Mae Burrows (Howard); his wife Norma Lucille Perry; his children, Dawn Linke (Bob) of Andover, Dorene Burrows of Andover, Denise Burrows of Andover, Darci Bush (David) of Andover and Dennis Burrows of Colden; his sister Martha Jeanette Richards (Nedra) of Grays Lake, Ill.; his grandchildren, Joshua, Bethany, Erin, Emily, Derek, Adam and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Brianna, Everette, Greyson, Chandler, Adalyn, Kaileigh and Gabriel. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
