He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Tataro. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Slawinski (Stroh); his son Jason Slawinski (Kristin); his grandchildren, Landon and Jordyn; and his siblings, Ronald Slawinski (Lydia), Betty DiLorenzo (Elmer), Eugene Slawinski (Shelley) and Joann Sault. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
