He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Warner and Esther Warner (Gurney); and his son Nicholas Warner. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Littlejohn); his grandsons, Ron Dwyer (Gavyn) and Ted Warner; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; and his sister Cindi Thomas.
