He is survived by: his wife Debra Bender (Agle); his children, Ashley and Brandon; his siblings, Teresa Melvin (Gary) of Hornell, Sue Martin of Webster, Mary Fay Johns of Rochester, David Bender (Anne) of North Carolina, Daniel Bender (Melissa) of Leroy and Duane Bender (Linda) of Adams, NY.; his parents-in-law, Richard and Betty Agle of Collins, NY; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Agle (Amy) and David Agle (Christine) of Collins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, or the American Cancer Association.
