It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Willchock of Apalachin, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Americo and Mary Palmieri (Lori); her husband Gene; her brother David Palmieri; her children, John Willchock and Lori Tecza; and her siblings, Jake Palmieri and Carol Palmieri. She was also cherished by two nieces and one nephew and several cousins.
