He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Willard and Gertrude M. Willard (Hallbauer); his wife Mary L. Willard (Lingenfelter); and his brother Richard Willard. He is survived by: his children, Wade Willard (Denise) of Freedom and Wendy Hoffman (Paul) of Bliss; his sister Susan; and his sister-in-law Karen Willard of Elma. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
