He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Bailor and Frances Bailor (Mattern); and his stepsiblings, Brad Puff, Sr. and Barbara Puff. He is survived by : his wife Karen Bailor (Brewer); his daughter Vanessa Bailor of Hornell; his stepbrother Richard Puff; and his parents-in-law, Larry and Janice Brewer of Canisteo.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in his memory to either Noyes Memorial Hospital or the Wilmot Cancer Center, 111 Clara Barton St., Dansville, NY 14437. Envelops for memorial contributions will be available at the funeral home.
