He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert Flanders and Marion Flanders (Brush); his daughter Jodi Moughan (Patrick); his grandsons, Gabriel of Rochester and Theodore Moughan of Rochester; his stepson William Travis, Jr. of West Babylon, N. Y.; his fiancée Heidi Beecher; and his fiancée's child Shelby Beecher of Arkport.
