He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Smith and Bertha York Smith; and his siblings, Mary Harkenrider and LeRoy Smith. He is survived by : his wife Lois O'Hara Smith; his children, Nancy McNulty-Kehl (Jeff) of Wellsville, Mary Class (Charles) of Hornell, Gloria Smith (Jason) of Newark, James McNulty (Patricia) of Canisteo, Clifford Smith (Andrea) of Virginia, Michael Smith (Danielle) of Arkport, Jon Smith Jr. (Corrine) of Hornell and Patrick Smith (Stacy) of Maryland; and his siblings, Sharon Graham (Roger) of Bath, Robert Smith (Nancy) of Hornell and Bruce Smith (Susan) of Arkport. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
