She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus H. Wells and Mildred A. Card Smith; her husband Joseph O'Brien; and her brother Donald Wells. She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Delahoy (Heidi) of Georgia and Nancy Voty (Mike) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Michael Lawson, Ashely Stingel, Richard Jock, Brittany Delahoy and Matthew Delahoy; her brothers, Marshall Wells and Alfred Wells; and her sister-in-law Donna Weatherlow. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
