He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Sawyer and Hilma Sawyer (Stryker). He is survived by : his wife Judy Quackenbush; his sons, Matthew Sawyer (Darcy) of Locke, NY and Timothy Sawyer (Cathy) of Attica; his grandchildren, Jesse Sawyer (Maddy), Rachel Sawyer, Samantha Sawyer and Melissa Sawyer; his great grandchild Hudson Alan Sawyer; and his brother Dean Sawyer (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 precautions, the funeral home is limited to 33% capacity and facemasks are required.
