With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diana Sweet Russell of Attica, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Nelson M. Griffiths and Helen E. Griffiths; her husband Charles E. Russell; her children, Charlanne Bittinger (Duane) of Clyde, NY, Jeffery Russell of Springfield, VA, Allen Russell (Sue) of Attica, NY, Sarah Ornstein (Jeremy) of Springfield, VA and Eliza Russell of Charlotte, NC; and her brother David Griffiths (Sue) of Danielson, CT.. She was also cherished by grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Her long-time bible study, curtailed by COVID, was a cherished area of teaching and friendship that continued her leadership of Christian education.
