He is survived by : his spouse Barbara; his children, Brenda George, Barbara, William Jr, Belinda Kelsey (Charles), Brent (Kathleen), Brandon and Brigette; and his siblings, Ronald, Jeanette, Robert, Marilyn, Arthur, Jerry, LaVern and Dennis. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
