She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Bombard and Dorla Bombard (Douglas); her husband Thomas Forgatch; her brothers, Kyle of Lake Placid, Todd (Tina) of Morrisonville and Tracy (Jane) of Rochester Hills, Michigan.; her children, Timothy, Brian and Amie; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Liliana, Alex, Jacob, Tyler, Logan, Mackenzie, Lennie III and Daniela.
The family kindly requests donations be made to High Peaks Hospice, 1247 Dix Ave., Hudson Falls, NY 12839 in recognition of the wonderful care Karin received.
