He was predeceased by : his parents, Dorothy Foster and Alfred Foster; and his siblings, Eleanor Power, Ralph, Donald and Stewart.

He is survived by : his daughters, Darcelle Foster and Kathleen Connell; his siblings, Beverly Short, Boyd (Patti), Rodney (Marilyn), Rodger and Craig Foster (Debbie); and his granddaughter Allison Clark.

Donations may be made to Aurelius Fire Department or Hospice of Central New York & of the Finger Lakes.
