He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Katherine Skinner Sr. (Babcock). He is survived by: his children, Michael (Tracy), Stephen Skinner (Tammi), Megan Skinner and Kailee Skinner; his brothers, James Skinner (Carol Langdon) and Jeffrey Skinner (Sue); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Jordan, Noah, Abbie and Chloe. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
