He is survived by: his parent Barbara MacArthur Minde; his children, Jennifer Dvorak (Mike), Katelyn Minde, Martin Minde (Barbara), Kenneth Minde (Kelly), Gary Minde (Ashley) and Carl Minde; his grandchildren, Claire, Hayden, Landon, Emily, Patrick, Matthew, Hannah, Karia, Lauren and Colby; his siblings, Dale Kulis (Stosh), Cathy Becker (Ed) and Richard Minde (Laurie); his uncle Alfred Minde Jr.; and his child Kathleen Minde.
