He was predeceased by: his parents, David B. Atwater and Joanne Casler Atwater; and his siblings, Doug Atwater and Diane Evey. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Atwater; and his sister Donna Atwater. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
