Delancey Wayne Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delancey Wayne of Aurelius, New York, born in Cayuga, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, DeLancey Wayne and Emma Wayne; his wife Norma Coapman; his brothers, Marty Wayne (Doris), Albert Wayne (Pat), Bob Wayne, Jim Wayne (Nancy) and Terry Scofield; and his grandson Jason Hole.
He is survived by: his children, DeLancey Wayne (Cheryl) of Tully, David Wayne (Dawn) of Fleming, Douglas Wayne (Debra) of Aurelius and Patti Hole (Bucky) of Owasco; his sisters, Mary Ann Pearce of Auburn and Cindy Myers of Locke; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Wayne of Owasco, Nancy Augst of Cortland and Pat Wayne of Hendersonville, NC. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Del's memory to First Presbyterian Church in Auburn or Hospice Foundation of Central New York.
