He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Marcia Eckett Smith. He is survived by: his children, Cody, Joesph (Carly), Samantha, Scott, Christopher and Corey Smith; his stepdaughter Stormy Gibson; his grandchildren, Kylie, Collin, Josh and Wyatt; and his siblings, Thomas, Timothy (Terry Smith), Mindy Thurston, Diane and Dee Dee' Schenck (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his beloved canine friend.
