She was predeceased by : her parents, John Henry and Clara Craver Leavenworth; her husband Donald W. Radz; her son Mark P. Radz; her granddaughter Victoria M. Hoffman; and her brother John.

She is survived by : her son Jeffrey S. Radz; her brother Ronald Leavenworth; and her daughters, Linda Herring (Michael) of Plattsburgh and Donna M. Radz of Troy. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
